Cancellation and Refund Policy for "Mountains & Plant Medicine"

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair while covering administrative costs and commitments made in preparation for the retreat.
Refund Conditions:

Up to 6 months before the start of the journey: Participants are eligible for a refund of the paid amount, minus a €200 administrative fee and the 500$ non-refundable deposit.

Up to 3 months before the start of the journey: Participants are eligible for a 50% refund of the paid amount, minus the €200 administrative fee and the 500$ non-refundable deposit.

Up to 1 month before the start of the journey: Participants are eligible for a 25% refund, minus the €200 administrative fee and the 500$ non-refundable deposit.

Within 2 weeks of the journey: No refunds will be issued, resulting in a 100% cancellation fee, unless in cases of:

Death in the family.

Hospitalization during the dates of the journey.

War or other extraordinary events.

Exceptional Circumstances:

If you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances, official documentation (e.g., a death certificate or hospital discharge note) will be required for processing.

In all cases, the €200 administrative fee and the 500$ non-refundable deposit will be retained by RainbowMen.
Transfer of Participation or Postponement:

If you are unable to attend the journey, you may transfer your spot to another eligible participant, subject to approval by RainbowMen.

Alternatively, you may defer your participation to a future journey. In this case, you will be allowed to join at cost price subject to availability.
Changes or Cancellations by RainbowMen

RainbowMen reserves the right to cancel or modify a journey due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, insufficient registrations). In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.

RainbowMen is not liable for any non-refundable expenses incurred by participants (e.g., flights, visas, insurance).
